Use , organise them as you please , separate what will help you cope and what will remove anxiety from your life.

These are strategies i have personally used as i struggled terribly with anxiety and panic attacks to the point were i could not function . I ended up on a high dose of Sertraline which helped at that point in my life but did not solve the issue , just masked it and made me feel numb.

I could not stay on Sertraline , so i weaned myself off and used these tactics which over time helped me to be anxiety free.

Use ideas -

Use yourself to help cope with anxiety , or eliminate anxiety from your life.

Cut out , laminate and place on a binding ring as seen in pictures.

Place separately around the house to remind or motivate you at different times of day.

Hand out to clients , students , friends , family.

Select , remove any that are appropriate to certain people / situations.
