Returns Policy

At Temple of Stone we want you to have the best experience possible.

Please include reason for return, details of your order and if you would like a replacement or refund.

Once the item is returned to us we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

If you are unfortunately unhappy with the product, you may return new and unused products within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only.

Please return products in original packaging along with the delivery message.

We would advise that you get proof of postage, in the unlikely case of your package going missing.

Items that arrive damaged or faulty will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. Though not if misused or damaged by you , the customer.

We cannot accept returns of opened bottles of oils or used items.
