The Page of Wands raises her wand in salute , its heads up signifying that good news is at hand. She wears the ceremonial dress of an emissary or ambassador to show her respect towards those whom she presents her information. She stands at the top of a hill so that all can see that she comes in peace. Her companion cat sits loyally behind her , he accompanies her on all her travels.
Someone in your life may be about to approach you with important news or you could be that person.
A consistent , faithful and loyal person , a trusted friend or possibly a stranger with good intentions.
Either way good / important news is heading your way or you need to do the telling.
