Card 1 - XIV Temperance in Reverse Opalite tumblestone - Available here
Temperance does not need to watch as she pours water, so perfect is her control. Her patience and self control are reflected in the cat . A cat will sit for hours in the same spot , waiting , thinking its private thoughts. A cat on the hunt is a study of self control , one false move by its prey is the cats gain . So this cat waits and watches while the water is being poured , it finds the motion and the gurgle of the water interesting.
In reverse this card can mean your feeling impatient , things don’t always come quickly , sit back and reflect on the progress you have made . Sometimes life slows you down to stop something bad from happening. Can also mean you are having a conflict of interest and or struggling to work with someone . This card is asking you to take a step back and re-evaluate your situation.
Card 2 - X Wheel of Fortune Malachite tumblestone - Available here
Because the Wheel of Fortune relates to the rise and fall of power , it is controlled by the emperor . who like the rulers of many ancient civilisations , is regarded by his subjects as being both man and god. He holds the power of life or death , good or evil , to use it as he sees fit. The wheel represents the endless cycle of life , birth , growth , maturity , decline , death , rebirth without beginning or end. The two cats within the wheel are posed as a yin-yang symbol which will be reversed as the cycle progresses.
This card can represent good or bad luck depending on near cards so take a look at the other two also as they may concern you. Problems or situations may be coming to an end , this luck could influence the outcome either way. Good or bad fortune and your destiny potentially approaches.
Card 3 - VIII Justice Amethyst tumblestone - Available here
Justice stands facing straight forward , looking the viewer squarely in the eye. She is in a symmetrical position , symbolic of her balance , harmony , strength and stability. Two cats stand patiently and solemnly in the background , almost blending in to the architecture.
A situation may come up were you or someone shall stand true , with honour to bring an outcome whether favourable or unfavourable will be truly fair for the person concerned. Truth will bring balance and harmony to the situation - fair justice.
